We popped into Cardiff Central Library while scouting for clinic rooms and we were genuinely impressed.
They’ve created a neurodivergent-friendly area complete with sensory boxes
It’s calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, ideal for anyone who finds busy spaces overwhelming.
It’s so encouraging to see public spaces making inclusion a priority. These small touches really matter.
Once we got home to Devon we found out that there has been very valuable funding towards neurodivergent spaces and resources!
🌟 Well done, Cardiff library you have set a brilliant example of what accessible, inclusive community spaces can be. We look forward to spending more time in Cardiff in the near future.
